Berwick Church can be found nestled at the top of a quiet lane in the village of Berwick, just off the main A27 between Lewes and Eastbourne.
By Train
Berwick Station (an hourly service) is 1.4 miles (2.6 km) from the church. There is a footpath and cycleway most of the way.
By Bus
The Cuckmere Valley Rambler Bus operates a service from Berwick Station to Alfriston, via Berwick Crossroads.
Rider Bus Service 125 operates Monday to Saturday along the A27 from Lewes to Eastbourne stopping at Berwick Village crossroads (approx. 0.34 miles/0.5 km walk from Berwick Church).
By Bicycle
There is a dedicated cycleway from Lewes (9 miles/14 km) to Polegate (7 miles/11 km). It runs beside but is separate from the A27 and is a direct route.
