'Echoes of the Poets' Concert

Enjoy an afternoon of beautiful poetry set to music with Echoes of the Poets.

‘Echoes of the Poets’ celebrates settings of beautiful poetry spanning across German (Rückert, Geibel), English (Arnold, Kroeker, Shelley, Byron), and Spanish (Lorca). The pieces explore themes ranging from love and loss to songs for children and lullabies.

The Cam Bridge Trio perform works by Brahms and Bridge, followed by settings of García Lorca’s poetry for soprano and piano by Zeina Al Azmeh, performed by Charlotte Garcia and Al Azmeh.
